A space that drives people and ideas

Five years ago, together with the architectural studio VMarh+, we set out to design a space that would reflect our culture and the way we work.

Our goal was not just to create a beautiful environment, but to build a setting that encourages open communication, teamwork, and the daily exchange of ideas.

In an interview for VMarh+ studio’s magazine, our founder and director Aleksandar Antunović spoke about the concept behind the space, the process we went through, and the results we experience every working day.

“When we were planning the new office space for Antenna, we knew it had to be much more than just functional offices. We wanted a space that would reflect our identity a dynamic, technologically advanced company that fosters creativity, professionalism, and team energy. The environment in which we work every day had to both inspire our team and leave a strong impression on visiting partners.

We chose to collaborate with VMarh+ because they immediately showed that they understood the bigger picture - they didn't just offer aesthetics, but really got to the essence of our needs. Their authentic approach, keen eye for detail, and ability to listen and recognize the specific needs of a modern software company made a difference from the very beginning.  

The result is a space that, even after six years, still looks and functions as contempo­rary and inspiring as it did on day one. No matter where I've been, no other work environment in Banja Luka leaves an impression like ours. Visitor reactions are almost always the same - genuine amazement.

The combination of modern design and exceptional functionality makes everyday work more pleasant, organized, and efficient. Every element of the space serves a purpose - from layout and materials to lighting and details that subtly elevate the atmosphere.

Working with the VMarh+ team was flawless. The project was handled professionally, transparently, and something we particularly value - precisely on schedule. Even when challenges arose, their willingness to respond quickly, propose quality solutions, and stay focused on the goal showed maturity and experience.
