IT NMS systems in general - Pertain to comprehensive NMS across heterogeneous IT environments we have been working with cutting-edge NMS (Network Monitoring System) tools and with our partner, Inceptum, to develop and implement a powerful monitoring system, called Umboss. It can do a lot more than just monitoring. Measuring the performance of a system, implementing logical schemas of network devices, automation actions when a problem appears, and doing fault management on a greater scale are just basic things that Umboss can do. Umboss is implemented and used widely in Europe and even Asia.
Out of some renowned customers in the region, we are especially proud to point out the fact that the one of most prominent IT systems in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Air Traffic Control- BHANSA, implemented Umboss to have a real-time measurement of their IT health able to react in no time according to strict air traffic EU norms. Umboss is pre-integrated with a wide range of known network devices and protocols which helps customers to easily and in a few steps put the device in monitoring.

Mobile app monitoring and protection

Antecna, with Verimatrix, implements monitoring and real-time security checks for Mobile and Web apps.
Verimatrix solution with extended threat defense expands defenses beyond the traditional perimeter.
It shields apps and devices to beef up real-time, continuous threat intelligence. It also allows the detection of attack patterns and prediction using AI/ML.
App shield manages zero-code protection, insert tamper protection, obfuscates program logic, and automatically determines optimized security insertion points.

Video platform management - with our partner Agama on the customer’s IPTV platform. That system monitors and detects the problems in the streams before they are delivered to end users. The detailed analysis of the stream is done in the headend network before it is encrypted and further sent on the delivery platform.

The solution is for all processing steps in the head-end, creating an end-to-end picture of the video processing chain through the central Enterprise Platform, which supports analytics, visualization, and user group policy-controlled dashboards, centralized alarming, reporting, and data integration with a third-party system as well as system management.
A key feature is support for QoE analysis. The hundreds of QoS metrics that can be measured by the Analyzer are weighted together to create a Quality of Experience classification. We also implemented a check for VoD assets before they are presented to end users. Standard checks like black screen detection, noise detection, audio silence, and similar are the only basic types that are being checked on input.
Therefore, by doing this preventive analysis and monitoring, our customer can deliver more quality to its service and end users. In addition, by implementing a video wall, the customer can monitor all services in real-time with a visual look and appearance when the problem happens.
